ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE:
Departure on Saturday before 10am. Arrival Saturday from 17h; off season minimum of 4 nights and arrival any day.
OPTIONS:
Final cleaning = 45 € 1 room, 60 € for 2 rooms, 80 € for 3 rooms. Bed linen = 10 € per person & per change. 2 Towels = 10 € per person & per change, 2 Kitchen towels =5€, Crib = 10 € per week.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
In the event of cancellation of the stay by the Customer, cancellation indemnities will be deducted as follows:
- more than 60 days before the arrival date: Booking fees of 30%,
- between 60 days and 8 days before the date of arrival: 70% of the total price of the stay,
- from 7 days before the date of arrival: 100% of the total price of the stay,
without prejudice to the Silco Sarl to rent the concerned dwelling (s) to other customers.
BOOKING :
Acceptance of the booking is materialized only by sending a confirmation by email or by post, the company Sarl Silco will send this document after receiving the 33% deposit, with a minimum of 65 €. As such, the company guarantees the customer that his bank account is debited only after the booking confirmation.
The payment of the deposit must be made within a maximum of four (4) days following the allocation of the booking option. In the absence of the payment of the deposit within the aforementioned period, the option will automatically become null and void.
CAUTION 350 €:
A deposit of 350€ will be requested on the day of your arrival, either by check or by credit card. It will be refunded on the day of your departure, during the opening hours of the reception, after an inventory.//// A deposit of 350 € is automatically taken in the form of a pre-authorization on your credit card the day of your reservation. The day of your departure, either the inventory could be done in your presence and in case of failure on your part you will be notified the amount withheld on your deposit, or you left your home before the inventory, in case of retained on your deposit, you will be notified within 24 hours by email and debited within 48 hours. The billing of possible damages will be added to the price of the stay as well as the cleaning if you do not leave the accommodation in a state of perfect cleanliness. In the event of a problem that may lead to a collection of all or part of your deposit, you will receive a receipt.

The accepted payment methods are: credit card (VISA, Master Card or Carte Bleue) bank transfer, cash.
